Hello: I bought an item in the USA on March 16, and it arrived at the eBay International Shipping Hub on the 20th. Since then it hasn’t moved from there, and I’d like to know why. The estimated delivery date is between April 6 and 14, and although it’s still within the timeframe, it doesn’t make any sense to me. I sent two emails to the seller, who hasn’t replied to me, and today I sent them a message through the platform since I bought as a guest and today I opened an account. Of course, it has been impossible for me to find a direct way to contact eBay, other than this community.
