No buyer protection? I bought an item that I didn’t receive because it was returned to the sender without me ever touching it. The item was held in customs, but they already sent it back to the United States. I did everything possible with Correos to get it released and pay the charges, but without success. Today I opened a case (escalated so that eBay would help or intervene) and the case was put on hold for 10 days to get more information. Hours later, eBay closed the case without asking questions, because "the item is held in customs," which is a lie. I showed all the proof that the item left Spain and now I’ve lost both the item and the money.
