The package has already been delivered, but it doesn't show that way on eBay.
I sold a product; it has already reached the recipient, but in eBay's tracking tool it still appears as if it were on the way. Because of this error, eBay is holding my funds and I can't withdraw them.
Who can I contact to get this problem fixed?
