The price doesn't appear correct
I’m buying an item that I had agreed with the seller for at 160, and when I go to pay, the price shows as 193 plus shipping costs. Do you know why this increase in the price?

From what you say, you may be referring to an international purchase completed through the Global Shipping Program. In that case, please keep in mind that the amount of the fees included in the item listing is not final; you will see the final amount once you proceed to pay for the item. For example, the fees could vary if you change your shipping address during the checkout and shipping process or if the current import rules change before you make the payment.
What we suggest for the future as a buyer, if you are interested in an item shipped from the United States, is that you carefully read this guide where you will find useful information about international purchases. Also remember that if it is duplicate VAT, you can provide the proof on this page
