Hi, I've been complaining to eBay about a seller from whom I've bought coins, and whose listing title specifies (Lot X coins ...) and then only sends one; their response has been that the X lot thing is to know which coin it is, but it clearly says COINS.... the thing is that eBay isn't replying to me. And since I've already made a few purchases from this seller, I have one pending payment, but they have increased the shipping costs from 1.55usd to 15.79 usd... can someone help me please?
