The seller accepts my "Or best offer" and doesn't respond.
Hi! Yesterday I saw an item I was interested in, but it seemed to be defective, so I asked the seller and they said it was fine. We haggled a bit and they accepted my offer, so they’re making me pay... then I asked them to send me a photo to see if the item was in good condition, and they stopped replying to me. What opcions do I have?

Remember that when you make an offer or buy an item, you commit to completing the payment.
Likewise, sellers must provide as much detail as possible about an item for sale in each listing, and specify the condition of the item in the description.
We suggest you try sending the seller a new message to see if they can provide further clarification, and remember that the eBay Customer Guarantee, will cover you if your item arrives defective or damaged, or is different from what was stated in the listing.
In that case, once you receive your order, you can open a return request, based on our eBay Customer Guarantee
