Hello, my case is as follows:I bought an item and the seller sent a package from Germany to my address (I can't confirm that it's what I bought) but for some reason the next day the package starts the return process to the sender's address. The seller does not pick up the package and does not inform of their intention to pick it up. I can't claim directly because in the shipment tracking it appears as pending pickup. I paid with Paypal and I would like to be able to recover the money from the order. Thank you very much.
