THE SELLER CHARGED ME FOR TWO SHIPMENTS BUT SENT EVERYTHING IN A SINGLE PACKAGE
I purchased two products from the same seller, and they charged me shipping for each of the products (they didn’t combine the shipping). It turns out they sent a single package with the two products, and the shipping was to a Estafeta address, and now they’re charging me more to send it to Mexico. Can anything be done? Since they charged me for two shipments and only made one with both products, I’d really appreciate your help

Hello,
Remember that for users registered on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link, and if you need support, you can do so
through the eBay.com help pages
Sellers have the option to specify in each listing how to take advantage of combined shipping when buying multiple items. This means that if the seller specifies in the listing (in the Shipping and Payments section) the shipping costs for multiple items, the buyer will simply have to add the items to the cart and will see the total combined shipping cost shown to them on the checkout page.
If these costs for the sale of multiple items are not specified in the listing, our advice for the buyer would be to always contact the seller before proceeding with payment, so that the seller can send a combined invoice with the updated shipping costs.
