The seller doesn't want to ship the item
He won an auction and made the payment. I received a message from the seller saying they do not agree with the price reached, that their item is worth more, and that if I want it I should negotiate with them the difference of what they want. I tell them no, that if they want they should cancel the order and I get my money back, but they don't do it, and now I have to wait a week to try to get my money back because eBay won't let me file a claim yet
When I do, how long does the refund take
