The seller offers the option of combined shipping but it doesn't apply to me...
Hello, I have won several software auctions and on the seller's first invoice there was the combined shipping link that I clicked on (in blue). The seller has not applied it for me and is sending me an invoice for 11 dollars for the item plus 205 dollars in shipping costs. I have contacted him to ask for combined shipping, the items I won more than fit in a shoe box.
What should I do in this case ?

OP1 year agoAnother surprise, if I try to make the payment the shipping costs go up to 245 dollars 😐

Thank you for your message. I understand that the seller offers combined shipping and that the items may be shipped in a single package, so you will need to send the seller a message asking them to update the invoice to reflect the correct price.
If the seller does not do so and you do not wish to continue with the transaction, you can request a transaction cancellation.
