The seller seems to be ignoring me
Hi, well I made a purchase from another eBay user, I paid here on eBay but he doesn’t seem to be sending me the actual product since January 5th, when I made the purchase. I have a tracking number for which only the label has been created, and over these days of waiting I’ve sent him two messages but he hasn’t replied to either of them. I don’t really know what’s going on with this seller, but he’s completely ignoring me.

We recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order. Some sellers may take a little while to send an item, so we suggest that you be patient, as your purchase is covered in the rare case that you do not receive it.
Please note that eBay offers protection in situations where a buyer does not receive an order. According to our eBay Customer Guarantee. you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date shown in the order details. Check this link for information on how to open a claim for an item not received. You can do so once the estimated delivery date has passed, and if the seller does not respond to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so that we can try to find a solution for you.
