The seller marked an item as shipped that they did not ship
At the time of the order he marked the item as shipped and told me he would not send it because the shipping costs are more expensive than what he had planned and he asked me for €30 more, so I refused and requested a refund. Since that moment he stopped replying and I haven't heard from him since. However, I haven't been refunded my money.

Hello @xamilok,
Thank you for your message. I understand that the seller has not sent you the funds for the cancellation of this item, and I will be happy to help guide you so we can intervene. On eBay, we have the eBay Customer Guarantee Protection to cover your purchase in situations like these, where you have not received your item. I suggest that you contact the seller directly in case the item has already been shipped, but the tracking number has not been updated, as this happens on some occasions. If you do not receive a response from the seller, it is important that you check the estimated delivery date in your transaction, as our guarantee protects you up to 30 days after the estimated date.
Below, I tell you how to open the request yourself so that you can begin the process to request a refund and back our guarantee, if you are still within these 30 days. You can open the case here, this will alert the seller so they can begin the refund process and the communication between the seller and you.
It is rare for sellers to ignore your request for help, but if you do not receive a response after a few days, you can request eBay's help if you enter the case from your account and click the option "Request eBay Help".
I also recommend that you send us a report about this seller.

I hope this information is helpful.
Best regards
Cinthia
