Incomplete purchase delivery
Purchase of two items. Only one arrives in a sealed box. The seller tells me to open a case, that they don't know where the other item is.
I want to keep the one that arrived, but how do I get at least half my money refunded? Where do I open a dispute? I don't have the option on the item. Please, can you help me? Thanks.
