Combined shipping from the USA
Hello,
I have won two auctions for two different items from the same seller in the USA.
I asked them to make one single shipment for me; they are small items, but they reply that they can't or don't know how to do it.
Is it possible for them to send me an invoice for the two items with the shipping costs adjusted? I have bought from France, Germany, Italy and there has never been any problem.

Hello,
We recommend that you read this guide carefully , where you'll find all the information you need to save with the combined shipping option.
Sellers have the option to specify on each listing how to take advantage of combined shipping when buying several items. This means that if the seller specifies in the listing (in the Shipping and Payments section) the shipping costs for multiple items, the buyer will simply have to add the items to the cart and will see the total combined shipping cost shown to them on the checkout page.
If these costs for the sale of multiple items are not specified in the listing, our advice for the buyer would be to always contact the seller before proceeding with payment, to allow the seller to send them a combined invoice with the updated shipping costs.
