Return shipment.
Hello.
I need to make a return shipment and send the label.
I wanted to know how much time there is to send it and what happens if it isn't sent or the time runs out. Would I have to pay the shipping costs again? Thanks in advance.

Thanks for your message. The buyer will have 10 days after you provide the shipping label to send the message. After this time, and if they have not sent the item, they will not be able to return it and you will not have to issue a refund, so the case will be closed.
