Shipping an order that was not placed
Hello everyone:
Last Friday I won an auction for a jacket, which from the seller's photos, he also had on another sales platform €100 more expensive. I get the feeling he used eBay to speculate with it, thinking he could get more money, but in the end that wasn't the case, and I'm still waiting for the jacket to be sent. I've contacted him several times and he still doesn't reply. How should I proceed? Can't eBay intervene and contact the seller so he sends it? Thanks

As eBay is an online trading platform, it is not possible to intervene and contact the seller on behalf of a third party, in accordance with the current privacy laws.
We recommend that you review both the estimated delivery date of your order, and remember that you may receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
