Shipping from the USA with USPS to Spain that denies the label to the seller | Help Among Users

I bought an item yesterday and the seller tells me that the label gets rejected because SPAIN does not appear in the address line, only the region. He says he can't edit it, and I have everything correct. He doesn't want to cancel because they charge him 5 dollars, and he suggests doing the transaction outside of Ebay. And that way I don't understand what would happen with the money from the transaction if it isn't canceled. Could someone help me, please?? :(((
