Shipment never received and they say it was delivered to me
I bought an item and it has never arrived, they haven’t sent me an email telling me where my package is, and it says the package has been delivered but that’s false. No one has delivered any package to me, they haven’t even told me where it is or delivered the package. The seller won’t give me a solution and Ebay says the case is closed. I don’t know what else I can do, I feel scammed
