Lost registered letter shipment.
Good morning. In January I sent a shipment by registered letter to France and as of today the buyer tells me that he still has not received the letter and that the post office there has no record of the registered item. Spanish postal reference: RF333230340ES. EBAY ITEM NO. 12-14148-55558. Can you tell me what I should do? I have already filed a complaint with Correos.es and they still have not replied to me. Thank you.
