Shipping without tracking
Good day
I made a purchase on Dec 9, 2024, the order says shipped (without tracking) on Dec 11, 2024, expected delivery date from Dec 16 to 30, 2024, the item has still not arrived. I have tried to contact the seller so they can provide me with the tracking number, but there has been no response. What else can I do to find out where my order is? Thank you

Please keep in mind that for users registered on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link and you can also receive assistance through the eBay.com help pages,from where you can request assistance in Spanish when you contact us.
If the seller has shipped your order without tracking there would unfortunately be no way to verify the status of that shipment.
We would recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order, and try contacting the seller again to understand whether they can provide you with more information about the shipment.
We also remind you that according to our eBay Customer Guarantee. you can receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details. Check this link with information on how to open a not received item claim. You can do so once the estimated delivery date has passed, and if the seller does not respond to you or offer a solution, after 3 business days you can ask us for help so that we can try to find a solution for you.
