Shipment “HELD AT CUSTOMS”
I bought a replacement part and the shipment EEUS017612477AR0, says HELD AT CUSTOMS, for more than a month now.
No one at Ebay or DHL is helping me. The supplier tells me he doesn't handle the shipment, Ebay does... how do I resolve this situation? DHL commerce seems not to have an office in Argentina, and no department at DHL can provide me with assistance. What do I do??
