Following up on my article

NEC D7220AD circuit
the e-Bay tracking system tells me it could not be delivered, why could it not be delivered? I have no record of this item having arrived at my home. I have not received any notification.

Thank you for your message. I understand that the tracking number indicates that the carrier has attempted to make a delivery but you have not received any information. In this case, you should contact the carrier directly to request that they try delivering the item again or that you pick it up at one of the nearest offices.
If this is not possible, you should contact your seller and open a case. Below, I’ll show you how to open the case yourself so you can start the process to request a refund and back our guarantee, if you are still within these 30 days. You can open the case here, this will alert the seller so they can help you.
Just a reminder that eBay is not the carrier and you will need to find out who the carrier is using the tracking number.
