Error with sending
Hello, I recently bought an item that was supposed to be sent through eBay's Global Shipping Program.
The thing is that the seller accidentally entered package dimensions that were smaller than the actual ones, and they have stopped the package in transit.
At first, the seller was considering the option of going to pick it up from the shipping center, and we had thought about canceling the order, but we don't have any options within eBay to do that, neither the seller nor I as the buyer.
My question is, is there any way to correct it within the Global Shipping Program, paying the difference and letting it continue in transit?
On the other hand, suppose the seller picks up the package, would the purchase automatically be canceled and would they refund me the cost?
