Error in payment by PayPal
Hello,
I bought a mobile phone on EBay through the Paypay app. At first I wanted to pay in three installments but the app wouldn't let me do it. So I paid the seller on EBay the full amount of 200€ with PayPal .
To my surprise, when I logged into my CaixaBank bank account, PayPal had made two transfers. One for 200€ and another for 66€ for the first installment of the same product.
Do you know how I can claim my money back?

Hello,
From what you’re saying, we recommend that you get in touch with both your bank and Paypal, to find out whether they have withheld the funds you’re referring to. If you see two different charges, it’s very likely that when you tried to complete the payment and it was declined, those funds were held. They will be able to confirm that the charges are indeed held/pending and not charged, as well as give you more precise information about when they will reverse those charges.
