ERROR occurs - I have requested a return and Ebay have sent me an email with the documents. When I click on the link the website tells me that eBay has a problem but I can't reach or print my return forms. I bought the Item as a guest.
What to do? I have until 11th Nov to return the item to Germany but I can't get the documents/ How to contact Ebay?

I understand that you have requested a return, but you cannot print the return label. I recommend that you contact us as soon as possible so that we can help you access the label and you can continue with the return.
