Status and location of my order - Possible customs hold
Hello!
I made my first purchase on 13/05 of a camera, which should be delivered between 26/05 and 30/5. The package was supposed to be shipped from the United Kingdom to Spain, and it was dispatched on 22/05.
Everything seemed to be going well according to the package tracking until some messages made me doubt it. On 27/05 it entered "Customs clearance - Spain", but the next day, 28/05, the package status changed to "B2C customs clearance status 4 - Netherlands". This makes me think that perhaps eBay's International Distribution Center sent the package to the Netherlands and, from there, it would be sent to Spain. The thing is that after that there are several messages from Paack and Trackyourparcel indicating that the package was not received from Maersk.
So I don't know: 1) whether my order is in Spain or in the Netherlands, but mainly 2) whether there was any issue with Maersk, which apparently did not hand the package over to Paack/Trackyourparcel. I would appreciate it if someone could help me better understand this; below I’m leaving the package tracking history. Thanks!
