YO INSISTI EN SU MOMNENTO EN QUE FUERA POR EBAY PERO SE NEGARON.
HIZE TRANSFERENCIA A UN NUMERO DE CUENTA, 1000€, PERO TODO ESTA EN LOS CORREOS DE EBAY PARA QUE QUEDARA CONSTANCIA DE SU FORMA DE PROCEDER
HACE DOS MESES DE ESTO Y NO CONTESTA A NINGUN CORREO.
¿QUE PUEDO HACER? SE PUEDE HACER ALGO CON LA POLICIA, INTERPOL, ADUANAS, ESTAFA?
GOOD MORNING, I HAVE A LITIGATION WITH THESE GUYS FROM ANALOGUE-DK, WHO SELL VINTAGE SOUND EQUIPMENT ON EBAY.
WHEN THEY HAVE TO LOWER THE OFFER, THEY TELL YOU TO DO IT OUTSIDE THE PLATFORM.
I INSISTED THAT IT WAS ON EBAY BUT THEY REFUSED.
I MADE A TRANSFER TO AN ACCOUNT NUMBER, €1000, BUT EVERYTHING IS IN THE EBAY EMAILS SO THAT YOUR WAY OF PROCEEDING IS RECORDED.
TWO MONTHS AGO AND HE DOESN'T ANSWER ANY EMAIL.
WHAT CAN I DO? CAN SOMETHING BE DONE WITH THE POLICE, INTERPOL, CUSTOMS, SCAM?

Definitely, you can go to your local police and inform your bank to see if it’s possible for you to recover your funds. Since the payment was made outside of eBay, we won’t be able to intervene, but if the police contact us to find out more about this seller, we’ll cooperate with whatever is necessary.
I’d also like to thoroughly investigate this seller’s account and I ask that you send us an official report so that we can take the appropriate actions, send the report here: Report a problem with the seller
We ask that you never agree to complete a transaction outside of eBay, since we won’t be able to offer you our protection and cover your funds in situations like this.
