Scam
Hello, I need help urgently since purchases have been made with my card that I did not make.
I have already blocked my bank card, but I have money being held because of the scam and I would like you to help me recover it.

Please keep in mind that for users registered on eBay.com like you, we would always recommend using the eBay.com forums from this link and you can also get assistance through the eBay.com help pages,from where you can request assistance in Spanish when contacting us.
If you mean a situation in which your card was used to make a purchase on eBay, we would recommend contacting your bank as soon as possible to cancel any unauthorized payment, as well as reporting it to the authorities. We suggest that you keep in touch with your bank to understand whether they have held your payments on that card you mention.
If, on the other hand, you mean a situation in which your eBay account was used by a third party, in order to regain access to it and cancel any unauthorized activity, it would be necessary for you to contact the security team directly so they can verify they are speaking with the account holder, and thus be able to give you access again. To do this, you’ll need to contact them through this page, and when it asks you to sign in, select 'I’m new to eBay or need help signing in, and that way you’ll be able to contact the Security team. Before doing so, make sure to change the password for your email address.
