Hello, I’ve been buying with eBay for many years, I won a coin worth more than 2200 euros but the seller tricked me by sending only a little cloth bag inside a poorly sealed envelope and with tracked shipping (French post), it was a small coin of only 2.5 grams.When I brought it to eBay’s attention, I was told that I had to start a return process for receiving an item very different from the one purchased, I started the process according to the protocol but eBay closed the return process for me but I can’t send it back because the seller doesn’t give me the name or the address.On April 18 eBay closed the return process because I filed a claim with my payment provider.My payment provider carried out an investigation but eBay told them that I did not send the item back and they tell me that they will have to charge my account. When I reported what happened, they told me that I should speak with eBay; however, eBay tells me that I have to speak with my payment provider.I find myself in limbo, helpless and with an unbearable burden, please help
