Hi, I bought a product from this user, it cost me 423 euros. He sent the product and I got an email from FEDEX customs with a document. That document is in Japanese and I wrote to them to ask what they needed. They never replied to me (I have the emails) and they sent the product back to the buyer. Now the buyer refuses to send me the product again or refund my money. On top of that, he’s mocking me in private messages saying that EBAY will side with him. I consider keeping both the money and the product to be a scam. I don’t know if you can help me or give me advice. Obviously, I’m going to go to the Guardia Civil.
