It's the first time I write in this forum and it's so that sellers don't get scammed anymore Ami it's happening to me a lot but that's as far as it goes I'm only going to sell in Spain I'll tell you about the first one asks me about an item, whether it works I tell him yes I sent him a video so he could see it and I don't hesitate and he buys it shipping to Malta cost me 128€ and when he gets it he tells me it's not the product .as I told him impossible because I only had this one he opened a return saying it didn't work properly now another 128€ for the return? For an item of 330€ in total they know it all I knew I couldn't afford another 128€ ebay doesn't care even sending a video of it working and that's how it has been happening to me even more although now I do send a return label I don't care if between the shipping costs spent it's no longer worth what the product can be sold for
I don't know why I test devices I summarize the details if then they open a return with a simple photo and you have to return and pay again because they know it all it's an injustice and I don't want it to happen to any more sellers
