GSP status
Hello,
I have a shipment sent from the UK with eBay's GSP, and it has been in the following status for several days:
-B2C Clearance 4
From what I understand, this is something positive at customs, but the shipment isn't moving.
1. Could someone help me by telling me what that status really means?
2. Can the shipment take a long time from that status until delivery?

Hello,
If you make purchases from sellers in the United Kingdom, and the seller ships through the global shipping program, two tracking numbers will be generated, one up to the international shipping center, and once it arrives in our country, a new one will be generated corresponding to the company responsible for delivering it to your address.
What you mention seems perfectly normal, and we would like to reassure you, since your purchase is covered by the Customer Guarantee Program, in the rare case that you do not receive it within the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details.
We recommend that you check both the estimated delivery date of your order, and remember that you can receive protection if you open a claim within 30 days after the estimated delivery date indicated in the order details. Check this link for information on how to open a claim for an item not received.

Thanks for replying. The problem is that Ebay set the estimated delivery date between January 8 and 11, and it was exactly on January 8 that the buyer shipped it. So the expected delivery date has already passed 8 days ago...
So does the B2C Clearancestatus4 status mean that it has passed through customs correctly and that in the next step it is handed over to the carrier who will deliver it to me?
