I'm trying to file an appeal in a case in Spain. As a buyer.
eBay is telling me that the case is being closed in my favor and that I should return the item. It arrived defective. The seller won't generate the return label for me, but eBay is threatening me through the system that if I don't return it before the 3rd, the case will be closed. I've been calling eBay's customer service phone number in Spain and they don't answer. I've been trying to file an appeal for days through the system and it won't let me. It only keeps asking me insistently for the shipping and tracking number when I sent the package. I shouldn't have to cover the return shipping costs for a shipment that arrived defective. And I don't understand why eBay is threatening to close the case if I don't send it before the 3rd. Can someone help me? Is there any way to contact eBay other than that 900 943 249 number, which never works?

Si deseas presentar un recurso después de que un reclamo haya sido cerrado, podras hacerlo desde esta página
Por lo que comentas, es muy posible que el vendedor te haya ya facilitado la devolución proporcionando una etiqueta o los fondos para comprarla y devolver el artículo.
Si deseas obtener mayores aclaraciones, tu mejor opción sobre cómo debes proceder respecto a esa solicitud de devolución sería contatar al equipo especializado desde este enlace.
