Exclude specific destinations
Hello, my name is Oscar and I started selling items on Ebay.es not long ago, but when making shipments from Spain to the European Union, I can exclude Russia and Ukraine, but I wanted to exclude, for orders with shipping included, buyers from islands where the logistical shipping cost exceeds the amount received from the sale, or where the value of the item is too low to include that shipping. Could you tell me how to make that adjustment? I can't find it anywhere right now. Thank you very much.
