Invoice with VAT
I have placed two orders to the USA.
In one of the cases the invoice appears for me to download in the order details. The issuer of the invoice is eBay GmbH from Germany, with the VAT itemized.
In the other purchase the invoice does not appear. But VAT has been charged on the order. How can I request the invoice with itemized VAT? Like in the first order, basically.
I need the invoices to account for the VAT.

Hello,
Please note that the invoice for your purchase is the email you receive when you make the purchase. If for any reason you do not have this email, you can contact the seller and ask them to issue one.
Likewise, we would like to explain how invoices are handled, since the process changes depending on the type of seller, "professional or private individual".
Private individuals: They cannot issue you any invoice, because they are private individuals.
Professionals: These can issue you an invoice and you will need to contact the seller and request it.
To be able to have an invoice, you must provide your DNI, that is, if you made the purchase as a private individual, you must provide your DNI and they will send it to you in your name. If the purchase was made from a country outside the EU, it is not valid as a warranty for Spain and, on the other hand, they may not issue it to you either, as for example to China. But if it is simply to prove that you paid for a product for the company, it would be useful.
Also keep in mind that, as I mentioned above, eBay issues a receipt/invoice when payment for the item is processed, you should have received a confirmation email showing the seller's details, the item, the price, purchase date, etc. and this email has often been used to validate product warranties and serves a dual function as an invoice if you need it for the manufacturer's warranty.
