Invoices
I bought a tool and I need the invoice, but the seller sent it to me without the company details. I made the purchase as a guest and I don't want to register on Ebay.
What can I do to modify the invoice details?

Hello @solmux,
Thank you for your message, I’ll be happy to help you. When you make a purchase on eBay and it’s verified that the payment has been sent, eBay sends you directly to your email a invoice that at the same time serves as an order confirmation.
If this isn’t enough, you can request an invoice only from professional sellers, and they will issue invoices in accordance with the laws and taxes of the country where they are registered and not the country of their buyers, so the first thing you’ll need to do is contact the seller to see if they can issue the required invoice.
If the purchase was made from a private seller, they won’t be able to issue an invoice, since they are not registered as a business, and this is where the email that eBay sent you at the moment you completed the payment may be useful, since it contains all the details to function as an invoice, in case you want to make the item warranty valid directly with the manufacturer.
You can look for the confirmation email that eBay sent you and use it for whatever purposes are necessary. I hope this information clears up your question.
Best regards.
Cinthia
