False delivery
Hi, I bought a drum cymbal from a German seller; he says he’ll send it to me and gives me a tracking code. 5 days pass and he tells me the package has been returned to Germany and blah, blah blah... at that moment, on Tuesday 18/06/2024, I contact the seller and he tells me that he has sent it again and gives me another tracking number... I tell him that what he says is very strange and I tell him and Ebay that I want to cancel it due to a supposed scam. Curiously, on Wednesday the 19th, it appears on the DHL page that the package has been delivered to me, I tell the seller and Ebay, and they close the case. Horrible! I have requested an investigation from Ebay and DHL so they can tell me to whom and where the package was delivered. Any ideas? If they don’t resolve it satisfactorily, I’m going to cancel my Ebay account. Thanks

Thanks for your message. I understand that the case has already been closed, but if you can get proof from the carrier indicating the actual delivery address, please contact us to appeal your case within the first 30 days after it was closed, and with this information we will be able to review the case for a possible appeal.

I have an open investigation with DHL with code: Issue 52146322
Look at the fake "receipt" slip:
It doesn’t show a delivery address (only the Province of Barcelona), nor town, nor street, nor floor nor door. I live in a house with no neighbors. Destination Barcelona...UFF!
There appears to be some "German" (German in English), and a scribble... as a signature
Neither the ID number of the person who supposedly signed appears..
This is a robbery in broad daylight. Let me know how I should proceed with you. Thanks
