Hello, I bought a UV lamp for a pond in the aquatics store in October 2023. A month ago, (May 2024), the lamp no longer worked. The E.U. specifies a 2-year warranty for this type of product. This seller does not respond to my notifications requesting a free replacement or a refund, violating E.U. regulations. eBay also does not seem to be doing anything about it. This is operating without the law. I also can't rate the seller because more than 60 days have passed since the purchase.
