Legal Warranty Request
On April 12, 2023 I placed an order for a thermos on Ebay.
This thermos has now broken, and since it’s only been three years I still have legal warranty coverage in Spain.
In the order history it shows that the seller is emesur, I contacted them and they told me the following:
Good morning,
Our records do not show this sale; you must contact the seller indicated on the invoice.

As for the invoice, which according to you is the order confirmation email, there it shows me that the seller at that time was ***. This user no longer exists.
How should I proceed? According to the order history, the seller is not taking responsibility because, according to them, it does not appear in their records.
