Warranty for a new iPhone bought from a seller in Hong Kong
Good morning.
I found a mobile phone on eBay (iPhone 13 mini), located in Hong Kong.
I live in Spain.
I would like to ask who provides the warranty for this new item and for how long.

Great question! On eBay, we have protection to cover your purchase for 30 days after the delivery date. If the item you received does not match the description of the original listing or if it arrived damaged or defective, you’re covered by the eBay Customer Guarantee for 30 days and you can return it even if the seller’s returns policy says they do not accept returns.
After 30 days, the warranty is with the manufacturer and you’ll need to contact the seller and ask whether the warranty is valid for Spain or only for Asia.
