shipping cost of a virtual product
I need to purchase a digital product and the seller already delivered it to me, but the shipping cost got added anyway. He mentioned that he doesn't charge anything for that, and it doesn't make sense for there to be a shipping charge if it's an online product and I received it right away. I would like to request a refund for that shipping, but I don't know how
