Customs fees
Hi, I ordered a phone and it's coming from China, I'm in Spain, it turns out they held it in customs and I have to pay €70. If I request a refund because the product is incorrect, am I entitled to claim that money back?
Thanks.

Hello @endollu
Thank you for your message. I understand that you did not expect your item to be subject to customs charges. Let me remind you that it is your responsibility to pay customs fees if you have ordered an item from outside the European Union.
To answer your question, it is not possible for you to claim an incorrect item, since you have not received the item, so you have not seen or had it in your hands to say that it is incorrect, so your claim does not proceed.
What you can do if you do not wish to continue with the transaction is wait for the item to be returned to the seller and request a refund for an item not received. You can open the case here, this will alert the seller so that the refund process can begin and communication between the seller and you.
Best regards
Cinthia
