Thanks for your message. I understand that you haven’t been able to contact the seller so you can request your invoice and complete the payment for your item. I can also see that you’ve been trying to contact the seller for several days already.
Are you getting an error message? I suggest you clear the cookies and cache to see if the error message gets resolved. If not, I recommend contacting us through our Help Pages and then select the topic of your query; at the bottom of each page you will find a section that says Contact Us. If you click on this section, you’ll find the option to call us, chat with us, send us an email, etc.
