If the shipping and handling section of the listing does not specify the shipping costs for additional items, you must ask the seller before making payment. If the seller agrees to send all the items in one package, they will send you a combined invoice in which they will break down all the items and the new shipping cost amount. Make sure to read this page with everything you need to know about it.
