Hello, I want to say that the seller did not want to take responsibility for the return costs and still does not want to take responsibility; the returned product, unit R 32, I bought it because of the malicious deception in the advice I was given before buying it, which is why I had to return it, as I told them it was not useful to me, so I returned it to them, I DID NOT RETURN IT BECAUSE IT WAS DEFECTIVE OR BECAUSE I HAD CHANGED MY MIND, I RETURNED IT BECAUSE THEY MISLED ME WITH THE MALICIOUS ADVICE I ASKED FOR, THEY CAN VERIFY THIS IN THE emails I exchanged with the sellers, I asked them to send me labels with postage paid and they did not listen to me, they only limited themselves to saying that I should send it with the carrier that suited me best, therefore, and with the maximum return date approaching, I had to send it with Correos paying an amount of 122.60€, which is what they have to pay me, since I am not asking them to pay me an additional 30€ for going to pick it up at the collection point that is 7 km from my home and I had to travel there to get the package. It has all been problems and unnecessary expenses that it has caused me. Thank you
