Shipping costs for a package not picked up by the buyer.
The buyer didn't keep an eye on the package tracking and didn't pick it up within the deadline. The package is being returned to its sender, the seller. I suppose Ebay will refund the item's price to the buyer, but what happens with the seller's shipping costs? It seems to me that the seller will keep the shipping money, right?

Hello @comunica2
Thank you for your message. I completely understand what you mention and if there was a delivery attempt and it can be seen in the tracking number, you are protected.
If the seller opens a case in our resolution center, offer them a partial refund, (deduct the shipping cost). If you can’t reach an agreement, once you offer the partial refund, ask us to step in here and we’ll be happy to review the transaction and help you.
I hope this information is helpful.
Regards
Cinthia
