talk to an eBay agent
Hi, I've been trying to talk to Ebay for more than an hour, they keep telling me they'll call me back in 1 minute, which must be eternal because there’s no way they’ll call me. I ask "is there some communication problem" this has never happened to me before.

Thanks for your message. It will depend on the subject of your query so we can get the email, chat, or phone number for the correct team, where you can speak and receive help from one of our specialists.
The way it works is, you’ll need to go to our Help Pages and then select the subject of your query; at the end of each page you will find a section that says Contact Us, if you click on this section, you’ll find the option to call us, chat with us, send us an email, etc.
