Is there any way to contact eBay without being charged for the call?
Hello, last week I had to call eBay and my carrier charged me 25 euros for two calls to eBay's phone number, what a lack of shame on eBay's part. Shameless, I'd say. I need to get in touch so they refund me the money for purchases I didn't make and nothing has arrived, they stole my identity and bought things I have no interest in, I told eBay to cancel the purchases and I asked for a refund of the money and I'm still waiting

I'm not quite sure what number you called, but normally you can request a call here and we call you back and the call has no cost at all, you can also join a chat in case you don't want to use the call option and the chat is also free. If even so your carrier charges you for these calls, then this would already be related to your mobile operator, not to us, so we would recommend checking it with them directly.
