I bought something on eBay, I entered my details and everything was OK, it looks like the purchase didn't go through
Good morning,
I made a purchase, I filled in all the details and in the end it seems that it was not saved when I entered all my data.
Please, could you explain to me what happened?

Hello,
To verify whether a purchase has been completed successfully on eBay, you can do so by clicking on 'My eBay' - 'Purchases' in your account.
If the purchase was not completed, you should have received an error message when trying to complete the payment. These types of errors are normally caused either by some problem with the payment method used, or because the seller does not accept the payment method you wanted to use for that purchase.
For all this, we would recommend that you check with your bank or the seller if any issue has occurred that has prevented you from completing said payment.
