I bought an item on eBay that doesn't appear in the (purchases) list

It seems that you made the purchase with a guest account, instead of your regular account. When you make a purchase with a guest account, the order only appears in the guest account, not in the regular one, since they are different accounts. Make sure to check the guest account, because that is where the order will be reflected, and if you need help with that order, you can click here.
